Fees & commission

BidHome is free to list. There's no upfront cost to put your property up for auction — you only pay when it sells. On completion, a success fee of 2.5% plus VAT (8.1%) applies to the sale price.

That success-based model keeps interests aligned: we're paid only when you achieve a sale. Official third-party costs — notary fees, transfer taxes and land-register charges — are separate and set by the canton, not by BidHome.
