Under the FADP, processing is justified by contract performance, our legitimate interests, legal obligation, and — where stated — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We share data only as necessary with: the counterparty to a transaction (to the extent needed to complete it); the assigned Swiss notary and, where relevant, the land registry; escrow, banking and payment partners; identity-verification providers (SwissID); and service providers such as our Swiss hosting provider (Infomaniak).
